I was approached by the lovely childrens design store León+Coco a few months back, after seeing my work at the Made-Here fair in Liverpool. They wanted to create wrist warmers with pop tops, and scarves with pockets, perfect for inquisitive little souls. Just seen the first pic from the photo shoot of our collaboration, love it!

Diana Heredia is mother of these two little sweeties, León and Coco. They are her inspiration when designing and making products for the brand. Check out her recent interview with DaWanda – the online store where she sells the wrist warmers and other great items too.

We want to create things suited to the way children move, discover and question things. We want to inspire children to use their own imagination, see beauty in simplicity and use one product in many different ways.

We believe that it is important to give children not just a product, but something to do, something to find, something to see and something to change.

We don’t want to dictate a use, but give choice and challenge confining conventions.”
